Your decision to transition to microlocs is a big a deal and we're trill for to be apart of the journey with you!
We will spend about 1hour with you answering questions, going over the process and gathering information before scheduling your installation appointment. Consultations are $65 Book Consultation
We will install your microlocs typically over two or three 8-10 hour days. We will wash and prep your hair for installation. Consultation is required before installation can be booked.
Your first maintenance appointment will be schedule no later than 6 weeks from your installation date. It's important that you keep this appointment and all future maintenance appointments.
DEPOSITS: Microlocs installation requires $200 deposit. Retightening (Re-ties) requires a $50 deposit. Salon-only services requires a $25 deposit. Deposits are deducted from final payment. All deposits are non-refundable.
FORM OF PAYMENT: We accept debit/credit card payments ONLY through our payment system. NO CASH or CashApp or Zelle accepted. Full payment is due at the START of your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations 72 hours in advance is appreciated. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Must be paid before rescheduling. Habitual cancellations will forfeit your client status.
LATENESS: Please communicate with us if you are running late. It's $1 charge for every minute past your scheduled appointment time. After 15 minutes we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. Habitual tardiness will forfeit your client status.
RESCHEDULING: You may reschedule your appointment ONCE without incurring an additional deposit or rescheduling fee. Second cancellation and rescheduling of the same appointment will incur a $35 rescheduling fee. Third cancellation forfeits your deposit and appointment completely; you will have repay a new deposit to book. After 3 cancellations you forfeit your client status.
REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds on any services or deposits. If you are dissatisfied with a service we will do our best to make it right. It is to our discretion to deem what is right and fair under the circumstances. Please read and and get an understand of our policies, terms and conditions, and rules. Ask questions if something is unclear to you. We are not responsible for you not reading or having understanding.

We only service clients with microlocs. All new clients must schedule a consultation regardless of service.
Wear your natural hair in a lose style. Your hair will be measured for length and mapped for grid parting. Please be prepared to spend 45-60 minutes at your consultation appointment.
We recommended you schedule your maintenance appointments every 4-6 weeks for the overall health and appearance of your microlocs. There will be an extra fee for excessive over growth.
