SERVICES & TRAINING

We provide client services as well as training courses to become a Micro-Loctician.

WHAT TO EXPECT

We are here to support, guide and educate you through every step of your loc journey.

CONSULTATION

Our consultation is an approximately 1 hour meeting. You can expect the following at your consultation appt:

Complete client profile sheet
Answering questions
Discuss the installation process
Take measurements of your hair
Select loc size and method
Install a few test locs

INSTALLATION

You installation is typically a 2 day process with each day being 6 to 8 hours long. You can expect the following at your installation appt:

Hair preparation (Wash/Dry)
Grid parting
Loc installed
Scalp rehydration oil
Water mist on scalp
Loc styling (after install complete)
6 weeks maintenance appt. booking
Home care instruction kit

MAINTENANCE

Although locs are low maintenance they will require some maintenance to ensure healthy growth. You can expect the following during your maintenance appt:

Locs wash and dry
Loc Inspection
Loc repair (additional cost)
Retightening locs at the roots
Loc Styling if desired

Salon Policies

Deposits

Microlocs installations require $150 non-refundable deposit. All other appointments requires a $25 non-refundable deposit. Deposits are deducted from final payment.

Forms of Payment

We accept debit/credit card payments ONLY through our payment terminal. No CASH or CASHAPP allowed.

Late/Cancellations

Cancellations 24hrs in advance is appreciated. $1 charge for every minute late after 15 minutes you will have to reschedule.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment ONCE without incurring an additional deposit or rescheduling fee. Second reschedule will incur a fee.

Refunds

No refunds for any services. If you are dissatisfied with a service we will do our best to make it right.

NO Guest or Children

Most appointments are an hour or more Please do not bring extra people or children to your appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
